Due to the loss of user files due to the upgrade work of Windows 10 in October, Microsoft temporarily stopped pushing updates today, and the download link at Microsoft’s official website has also been removed. On the one hand, Microsoft is investigating isolated reports that users have lost some files after the update.

“We have paused the rollout of the Windows 10 October 2018 Update (version 1809) for all users as we investigate isolated reports of users missing some files after updating,” said Microsoft.
If you have manually downloaded the Windows 10 October 2018 Update installation media, do not install it and wait until new media is available.
