Installing the ARM version of Windows on the Raspberry Pi is also a project that has been studied for a long time. Previously, there was a WoR project from Windows 10. After enthusiasts cooperated and developed, the latest WoR-flasher tool has been developed, to help players more easily install the ARM version of Windows 11 on the Raspberry Pi, this tool can be directly installed on the underlying Linux system of Debian. The WoR method requires the Windows system to make a system disk, but the 32-bit version needs to be installed on the Raspberry Pi OS to run normally.

A detailed tutorial is given on the github page of WoR-flasher. Because it is a tool-based thing, it is still very easy to get started. As long as you know the most basic git clone command to install WoR-flasher, you can install and run the GUI version, or you can run the command line version in the terminal. The entire installation requires a storage space greater than 7GB, and the large memory version of Raspberry Pi 4 can only recognize 3GB by default, which needs to be solved manually. In addition, WoR-flasher said that this tool is 100% legal. The image files they use are all from Microsoft. Since the ARM version of Windows currently only has a charging license for OEM manufacturers, it is generally not a violation of the use agreement by consumers. Of course, don’t expect that on Raspberry Pi, it can be used as a real Windows 11 computer. There are too many hardware drivers and bugs, which are purely installed to play and experience.
