According to sammobile reports, a Samsung Galaxy S23 model with the internal codename “Project Diamond” has been exposed. It is currently under development, and the information that can be basically determined now is that it will be equipped with Qualcomm’s next-generation chip of the year, the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2.

The Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 Plus is expected to be commercially available in June this year, while the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 will be the flagship processor for large-scale commercial use early next year. If there is no accident, the processor will also be manufactured by TSMC. The Snapdragon 8 Gen 2’s performance is still worth looking forward to.

Another point to look forward to is what the Galaxy S23 series will use camera technology. The current Galaxy S22 uses a hole-digging solution, while the Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 foldable phone uses under-screen camera technology. As for the release time, the Galaxy S23 series should be released around February next year.
