Intel intends to modify the Arc Control software in the new version

Intel Arc is a new brand of high-performance gaming graphics cards from Intel. The first-generation product is the graphics card (DG2) code-named Alchemist. On paper, the strongest Arc A770 has similar specifications to Nvidia GeForce RTX 3070, but the actual game performance is quite different. Its biggest problem is not the hardware, but the drivers, which the development team admits.

It was previously reported that Intel has identified and eliminated the bottleneck in the graphics card driver, and will release a new version of the Arc graphics card driver to comprehensively improve the performance of DirectX 9/11/12 and fix various errors. Preliminary compatibility tests show that this driver works well. In addition to performance, Intel will make some other improvements.
According to Wccftech, Intel will also modify the Arc Control software, which will appear in the new version of the driver next month. In the past, many players reported that the appearance design of the Arc control panel is not friendly, and the actual use effect is not good, so Intel will add new changes and integrate some content.
