Microsoft started to push the KB423057 update
The Windows update number KB4023057 is a very active non-security update in recent years. The update is a software installation package for the update program.

This update is released for Windows 10 Version 1507/1511/1607/1703/1709/1803 and is automatically downloaded and installed.
