Samsung releases 43-inch Odyssey Neo G7 – 4K@144Hz mini LED gaming monitor

Previously, Samsung showed a number of new gaming monitors at CES 2023, including the 43-inch Odyssey Neo G7 (GN70NC), which may be the best 4K gaming monitor. At present, Samsung has officially released this product and launched it globally.

Odyssey Neo G7 (GN70NC) uses a 43-inch anti-glare panel. Both horizontal and vertical viewing angles are 178°, support quantum dot mini LED technology, the resolution is 3840 x 1260, the display ratio is 16:9, the dynamic contrast ratio is 1000000:1, the refresh rate is 144Hz, maximum brightness is 400 nits, support HDR 10+, MPRT is 1ms, supports Variable Refresh Rate (VRR) and AMD FreeSync Premium Pro, and is DisplayHDR 600 certified. The equipped bracket only supports pitch adjustment, and cannot be adjusted horizontally or rotated. It is compatible with 200 x 200mm VESA wall-mounted installation.

In order to meet players’ personalized and customizable gaming experience, Odyssey Neo G7 (GN70NC) offers a series of innovative features, such as allowing users to adjust the screen size, position, and ratio for optimal gaming settings. With Flex Move Screen, players can adjust the screen size from 43 inches to 20 inches, match the appropriate size according to the game, and even change the screen position. Players can also take advantage of the Samsung Game Bar to quickly view and change important settings without leaving the game screen.

The monitor is equipped with a DisplayPort 1.4 interface and two HDMI 2.1 interfaces, and has two USB 3.0 interfaces, and is equipped with dual 20W speakers. What’s more interesting is that the monitor is also equipped with Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi 5, and RJ45 Gigabit Ethernet port. It runs the Tizen system and can act as a streaming entertainment center, directly accessing Netflix, etc. The Samsung Game Center also allows gaming without a PC and console connection, enjoying services like Xbox xCloud Gaming and Nvidia GeForce Now.
It is understood that the Odyssey Neo G7 (GN70NC) will be available in the first quarter, but Samsung did not give specific pricing.
