How can I check my earned rewards in Airtel Thanks app?

Most of the telecom giants have their own mobile apps featuring their services and offers. Similarly, Airtel also has a mobile app called Airtel Thanks. Earlier known as My Airtel app, the Thanks app is a super app for the users. From recharging your prepaid number to sending money to your loved ones or buying Airtel or non-Airtel services, the app has everything.

With every move you make on the app, like your first UPI transaction, or a payment using the mobile wallet, you get to earn rewards. These rewards are earned in the form of discounts, coupon codes, cashbacks, free subscription to OTT, etc. You can check your rewards in the Thanks Benefits or coupons section. Access your coupon section on the ‘manage’ page of the app. Find ‘My coupons’ section under shortcuts and tap on it. All your earned coupons redeemed and unredeemed will be available here.

Steps to check your earned Thanks Benefits on the Airtel Thanks app

The kind of rewards you earn depend on the membership you have. There are 4 memberships for the app. We will discuss that further in the article. 

  • Download the app and register with your number. You can enjoy the Airtel rewards only if you are an Airtel Prepaid, postpaid, DTH or broadband customer. 
  • Click on the profile icon on the top left corner of the screen. 
  • Locate ‘Thanks Benefits’ option and tap on it. You will see your membership details here along with the rewards you have earned. 
  • You can activate the subscriptions and claim your rewards easily in this section.

Types of memberships in Thanks app

Basically, there are 4 kinds of memberships you can enjoy with the Thanks app. The kind of membership you get depends on Airtel services you are using. 

Silver

It is the basic most membership. You can earn with this a short-term prepaid recharge. 

The rewards include:

  • Wynk Music
  • Free Hellotunes

Gold

The second tier of Airtel Thanks membership. You will get this with long term and mid-range prepaid recharge.

The rewards include:

  • Rs. 100 as cashback on FASTag recharge
  • Apollo 24|7 Circle free

Platinum

The platinum membership can be earned with Airtel Postpaid connections.

  • Prime membership for 6 months
  • All above rewards of silver and gold memberships
  • VIP service

Black

The most premium membership of all! 

The benefits and rewards include:

  • One bill for all your services
  • One call centre for all your issues 
  • A dedicated relationship team
  • Priority given for issues and faster resolution
  • Free home service visits for lifetime
  • Call centre call pick up in just 60 seconds

And more! You can earn this membership by combining 2 or more Airtel services together under the Black program.
