You can install PowerShell via Microsoft Store

Yesterday, Microsoft announced the launch of .NET 5.0 to achieve the unification of the entire platform. The software will be pushed to Windows 10 users as a basic component. At the same time, another development tool Powershell also ushered in a new version, Microsoft today announced that Powershell 7.1 version is fully available.
PowerShell Core is a cross-platform (Windows, Linux, and macOS) automation and configuration tool/framework that works well with your existing tools and is optimized for dealing with structured data (e.g. JSON, CSV, XML, etc.), REST APIs, and object models. It includes a command-line shell, an associated scripting language, and a framework for processing cmdlets.
Powershell 7.1 supports almost all desktop operating systems, including Windows, Windows Server, macOS, RHEL, CentOS, Fedora, Debian, Ubuntu, OpenSUSE, Alpine Linux, ARM32/ARM64 version of Debian and Ubuntu, ARM64 version of Alpine Linux, etc.
Microsoft said that Powershell  7.1 is the latest update to the Powershell 7 series, which includes some fixes and improvements to the Powershell 7 version.
