You can add passwords manually in Chrome Canary
The synchronization of Google Chrome is really very useful, including bookmarks, history, settings, account passwords, etc. can be automatically synchronized to the cloud. It’s just that Google’s password manager used to have relatively few functions, and even no export function. Later, functions such as viewing passwords and exporting passwords were gradually added. Another feature that many users need is to manually add passwords because sometimes the data imported from other browsers may be out of date and some may be messy. Looking forward to many years later, Google will finally develop this feature. Now you can manually add websites and passwords by turning on the experimental option in the Google Chrome Canary version.
- Type chrome://flags in the address bar and hit Enter
- In the Search flags field type Add passwords
- Toggle #add-passwords-in-settings flag from Default to Enabled
