Windows Notepad app is now available on the Microsoft Store

In the major version update of Windows 10 Insider Preview Build 18963 released last week, Microsoft officially announced that the Notepad application became an independent application on for a more flexible update rhythm on Microsoft Store. Today, the Notepad app has been officially launched, and interested users can go to the link to download.

Notepad has been the fast and simple text editor on Windows for over 30 years, and now it’s available in the Microsoft Store! View, edit, and search through plain text documents and source code files instantly.
