Users complain that the iPhone X battery has deteriorated significantly

According to Apple’s instructions, the battery life of such devices usually reaches the limit after charging the battery for 500 cycles, so it can no longer provide a stable power supply. Apple explains:

“A normal battery is designed to retain up to 80% of its original capacity at 500 complete charge cycles when operating under normal conditions. The one-year warranty includes service coverage for a defective battery. If it is out of warranty, Apple offers battery service for a charge.”

The iPhone X, which was released in September 2017, has been released for about 800 days so far. Considering that most users charge at night, it has already exceeded 500 cycles. According to Apple, the battery of this device has been severely depleted, so even after it is fully charged, it cannot be maintained for a long time and requires frequent charging. The shutdown problem is actually because the battery performance is not sufficient to support the peak performance of the device, so it may cause shutdown after the peak performance optimization is turned off.
