Scythe releases Mugen 5 S radiator
Japanese cooling manufacturer Scythe is known for launching various personalized radiators, and recently announced the launch of the new Mugen 5 S radiator (SCMG-5100W).
The Mugen 5 S radiator is equipped with a new Wonder Snail 120 fan. Compared with the previous Mugen 5 Rev. B radiator, the Mugen 5 S can provide better heat dissipation and lower noise. Mugen 5 S is equipped with a new installation kit (H.P.M.S.III-S), which supports most sockets on the market, brings a more direct installation method, and provides the best contact pressure. It is understood that the price of the Mugen 5 S radiator is $54.99.
Scythe said that the Wonder Snail 120 fan can provide better linear airflow and has excellent heat dissipation performance. Scythe has made various optimizations to this fan to achieve the best balance of heat dissipation performance and noise level. It uses a sealed precision FDB to ensure excellent stability, reliability, and service life. The current Mugen 5 S radiator does not support Intel’s new LGA 1700 platform, but an additional upgrade kit can be used to support it.
