PowerColor Radeon RX 7900 Liquid Devil series is coming soon

PowerColor is one of the core partners of AMD graphics cards for the past ten years. With the release of AMD’s Radeon RX 7900 series graphics cards based on the RDNA 3 architecture, PowerColor has successively launched the Red Devil series and the Hellhound series, but the most high-end Liquid Devil series has not yet arrived.
Recently, PowerColor released a preview of the new Radeon RX 7900 Liquid Devil series on its official Twitter account. Like the previous Radeon RX 6800/6900 Liquid Devil series, this card continues to use EK’s water block. If nothing else, this will be a customized version of the EK-Quantum Vector2 RX 7900 water block, covering the GPU, memory, and VRM power supply modules on the graphics card, and will also come with a custom backplate.

In general, Liquid Devil series and Red Devil series graphics cards use the same PCB design, therefore, the Radeon RX 7900 Liquid Devil series is likely to be a 12+3+2-phase power supply design, and the other 2+2-phase video memory dedicated power supply, equipped with three 8Pin external power supply interfaces, providing dual BIOS functions. The target users of the Liquid Devil series graphics cards are those water-cooled enthusiasts who pursue high performance. Even though the Red Devil series graphics cards have similar performance, they also hope to have better cooling effects. Since PowerColor will provide the best quality GPU chips for the entire Devil series product line, there is no need to worry about the frequency.

PowerColor has not confirmed the release date of the new Radeon RX 7900 Liquid Devil series graphics card, which may be launched in the near future, including XT and XTX models.
