NVIDIA is rumored to launch an Ada Lovelace-based Titan graphics card

According to the Youtube channel, Moore’s Law is Dead, NVIDIA intends to launch the top RTX 40 series graphics card named Titan RTX Ada Lovelace based on the Ada Lovelace architecture and equipped with a full AD102 core.

NVIDIA’s last Titan graphics card has to be traced back to the Turing architecture in 2018, which is the generation of the RTX 20 series graphics card, called Titan RTX. As for the Ampere architecture, there is no Titan, but the RTX 3090 Ti also has a complete GA102 core, and it can also be regarded as a Titan-level graphics card.

The full AD102 core carried by the rumored Titan RTX Ada has a total of 144 sets of SMs, a total of 18,432 stream processors, 576 Tensor Cores, and 144 RT Cores, and the Boost frequency is between 2500 and 2700MHz. In terms of video memory, Titan RTX Ada will have 48GB GDDR6X video memory, which is double that of RTX 4090.

It can also be seen from the exposed renderings that Titan RTX Ada has two 12VHPWR interfaces with a thickness of four slots. From the design point of view, the back of this graphics card is also thicker, occupying at least one slot. It is not difficult to speculate that the back of the PCB will house the video memory, and a thicker backplane is needed for heat dissipation.

Regarding the specific release time and price of this graphic card, Moore’s Law is Dead said that it is not clear for the time being, but said that the prototype is already on standby in the laboratory.
