GeForce RTX 4080 adopts AD103-300 or AD103-301, has 76 SMs, that is, 9728 CUDA cores, the base clock is 2.21GHz, boost clock is 2.51GHz, equipped with 16GB of GDDR6X memory, memory interface width is 256 bits, and the memory rate is 23Gbps. In addition, the rumored upcoming GeForce RTX 4070 is similar to the RTX 4080 and will have two versions, AD104-250 and AD104-251.
