Noctua launched a variety of LGA 4677 radiators
Noctua announced the launch of four new radiators, NH-U14S DX-4677, NH-U12S DX-4677, NH-U9 DX-4677, and NH-D9 DX-4677 4U to support Intel’s latest Xeon W-3400 series and Xeon W-2400 series processors based on Sapphire Rapids and using the LGA 4677 socket. In addition, Noctua has released the NM-i4677 installation kit, which can install the DX-4189, DX-3647, and TR4-SP3 series radiators on the LGA 4677 socket.
“Our DX line CPU coolers have become a default choice in premium grade quiet cooling solutions for Intel Xeon processors”, says Roland Mossig (Noctua CEO). “The latest revision for LGA4677 comprises 14, 12, and two 9cm models, covering anything from spacious workstation cases to 4U rack-mount servers.”
The NH-U14S DX-4677 and NH-U12S DX-4677 are excellent tower cases for high-performance workstations, whereas the NH-U9 DX-4677 and NH-D9 DX-4677 4U are suitable for compact workstations and 4U rackmount chassis, running as quietly as possible. Among them, the NH-U14S DX-4677 with the strongest heat dissipation performance has a height of 165mm and a weight of 1136 grams. With six heat pipes, it is equipped with two NF-A15 HS-PWM fans, which can suppress the new Xeon processor with a TDP of 350W.
New Noctua products are expected to be available at the end of February, and other partners will also receive inventory soon. The manufacturer’s suggested retail prices are as follows:
