MSI launches MEG 342C QD-OLED curved gaming monitor

MSI announced the launch of the MEG 342C QD-OLED curved gaming monitor, which belongs to the flagship MEG series of its gaming monitor brand. In addition to seizing the first opportunity in the OLED gaming monitor market, this monitor also demonstrates MSI’s ability to continuously integrate software and hardware functions to provide high-end gamers with products with higher performance and bring a more enjoyable operating experience to the game.

The MEG 342C QD-OLED curved gaming monitor uses an OLED panel with quantum dot technology, with a display ratio of 21:9, a resolution of 3440 x 1440, and a curvature of 1800R, a 0.1 ms GtG response time, and a 175 Hz refresh rate. Its DCI-P3 color gamut is 99.3%, Adobe RGB color gamut is 97.8% and sRGB color gamut is 139.1%, which can provide a good picture effect for gaming experience and daily leisure and entertainment.

MSI says that the MEG 342C QD-OLED curved gaming monitor comes with pre-calibrated colors at the factory to ensure color accuracy meets industry standards, that is, Delta E≤2, and it also complies with MSI’s highest exclusive color standard, QD Premium Color, and supports MSI True Color technology and exclusive Premium Color Mode.

Users can operate through the Gaming OSD application to realize various built-in functions such as PBP/PIP, profile switching, and KVM of the MEG 342C QD-OLED curved gaming display. It also includes Sound Tune AI noise reduction, intelligent front sight, color temperature, and intelligent brightness adjustment.

MSI has launched a new HMI 2.0 technology based on MSI owns a leading technical background in the design and integration of advanced technology. Integrated the separated functions from personal PC and Gaming Monitor into one gaming dial that allows MSI gaming desktop and Monitor can be synced directly with system information and functionalities. It is understood that HMI 2.0 technology will also be the default function of MSI’s next-generation MEG AEGIS Ti5 Aegis console.
