Mozilla Firefox 85 Beta 5 Released

Mozilla Firefox 85 beta 5 has been released. The 85 beta version provides support for the VoiceOver screen reader for macOS users.

In addition, the new version of the about:logins settings page can now delete all saved login information with one click, instead of deleting each login information separately as before.

  • Firefox 85 Beta offers a preview of VoiceOver screen reader support for macOS users. Navigation and speech should work well for web pages and for most of the Firefox user interface. If you find something isn’t working as expected, please let us know in the #accessibility:mozilla.org channel on Matrix.
  • about:logins now lets you remove all saved logins with one click, as opposed to having to delete each login individually.
  • It is now simpler to retrieve your bookmarks on Firefox. Users can now access the bookmarks toolbar on its new tab page, and use a convenient button to import bookmarks from other profiles and to show bookmarks stored in the “Other bookmarks” folder.
