How to enable dark mode in Microsoft Paint

Most of the built-in applications of Windows 11 already support dark mode, but the new design of the Microsoft Paint program is an exception. Until now, the dark mode has not been supported.

However, the dark mode of the Microsoft Paint program is actually planned by Microsoft. Prior to this, Microsoft executive Panos Panay also released a preview showing the dark mode screenshots.

However, the delay in launching the dark mode made some developers anxious, so some developers decided not to wait patiently for Microsoft but to adapt to the dark mode themselves.

The modified MS Paint developer’s own version may be better than Microsoft’s, including the menu and setting options all support the dark mode, it seems that the adaptation is very adequate.

It’s just that the drawing board in the middle part of the MS Paint program is still white, mainly because the drawing board is not suitable for changing to other colors, so the overall look is slightly abrupt.
