Microsoft allow Windows 10 Professional version down to Windows 10 S

Microsoft claimed that Surface Laptop users can upgrade free of charge from Windows 10 S to Windows 10 Professional by the end of this year, and since the beginning of next year, users will need to pay an additional $ 49 upgrade fee. In addition, Microsoft also made it clear that once the user chooses to upgrade Windows 10 Professional, then the user will not be able to downgrade to Windows 10 S.  Facing a lot of pressure Microsoft has finally made a compromise, said it will provide users with downgrade to Windows 10 S channel.

According to the information provided by foreign media MSPowerUser, the company has launched a Windows 10 S Version 1703 recovery mirror. However, if you want to get the mirror, users need to go to Microsoft support page, from the drop-down menu, select Surface Laptop, enter the serial number of the device. The total recovery mirroring capacity is approximately 9GB.
