macOS will have ‘Pro Mode’ to boost MacBook performance

The latest macOS Catalina 10.15. 3 beta includes a new “Pro Mode”, users can choose to enable or disable this mode. After enabling this mode, the device will prompt “Apps may run faster, but battery life may decrease and fan noise may increase” and “Fan speed limit overridden.”

Although the availability of the Pro Mode is not yet determined, it seems to have been developed for the MacBook. In addition, the compatibility of this mode can not be determined, and some evidence shows that it only works with the new 16-inch MacBook Pro models that introduced a new thermal design.
