LibreOffice 6.4.7 releases: open-source office suite
The LibreOffice 6.4, open-source and cross-platform office suite version releases. The LibreOffice 6.4 office suite has entered the open beta test, meaning early adopters can try new features and improvements with more reliable versions, including mentioning GTK dialogs on native GNU/Linux systems, QR code generators and Improved Microsoft Office interoperability.
In addition, among other notable enhancements, LibreOffice 6.4 will also add new options in Writer to mark comments as resolved, as well as faster movement and deletion of table and table rows/columns, including hyperlinks in Calc. Convert to PDF, combine all pages into one PDF, and improve the scalability of formula group calculations on multicore CPUs.
Impress will receive new “delete hyperlinks” and “combine text” context menu items in LibreOffice 6.4, which also promises a unified hyperlink context menu, optionally accepting or choosing not to send crash reports to the Document Foundation, Set anchor object overlaps, switch languages faster and various iOS improvements via the new drop-down menu in the status bar.
