According to the instructions, the Viettel eSIM service will be activated on Friday, December 13th, and customers must update their iPhone and Apple Watch to iOS 13.3 and watchOS 6.1.1 to use the service. This means that iOS 13.3 must be released by Friday, and Apple usually releases system software updates on Tuesday and Wednesday, so it is expected that everyone will receive a push on December 11.

At present, the testing of iOS 13.3 has been basically completed. The new features included in the official version include Communication Limits in Screen Time, and Safari browsers can support FIDO2 security keys through Lightning, USB or NFC.
