iPhone 13 series will continue to use the notch design

Ever since Apple chose to bring “notch design” into the iPhone X, the entire smartphone industry has used “notch”. Consumers’ attitudes towards “notch” have always been polarized, saying that notch is Rubbish, one side said that notch is a symbol of technological progress.

However, this year, Apple will slightly smaller the notch of the iPhone 12 mini, because the size of this model is much smaller, the big bangs will obviously take up too much screen space.

Previously, the media broke the news that the iPhone 13 series to be launched in 2021 will still use a notch design. The well-known digital whistleblower Ice Universe also confirmed this news, saying that the iPhone 13 series will continue to have a notch, but the height of the top and bottom will be smaller.

According to previous media reports, Apple has indeed been seeking ways to reduce notch, or even hide notch directly. Apple originally planned to use Samsung’s under-screen camera technology to move all the components required for Face ID to the bottom of the screen, but unfortunately, Samsung’s technology is difficult to produce, so Apple has to continue to maintain the notch design until there is a better solution appear.
