iOS 13.1.3 releases: includes bug fixes and improvements

Apple today released iOS 13.1.3 and iPadOS 13.1.3, the fourth update patch since the release of iOS 13. iOS 13.1.2 was released two weeks ago. iOS 13.1.3 mainly includes bug fixes and improvements for the iPad and iPhone. iPadOS 13.1.3 includes bug fixes and improvements for the iPad.
