Google Maps for Android adds Street View layer

Google Street View is the best in commercial applications today, and although it has been used on Android for many years, it has never been integrated into the map application as it does on the desktop. The situation is changing now – Google has just added a “Street View” layer to the map app, which makes it easier to use this feature.

The new Street View layer on Google Maps for Android app is very intuitive, just like the usage habits on the Web version of the map, just click on the bright blue street to take you to the street scene you want to go. Of course, you can still enter Street View by entering an address or using a dedicated Street View app.

As with many new releases of Google apps, it’s currently not possible to confirm that this feature is fully applicable to everyone, but it seems to have grown quite popular among map users. If you haven’t received the Street View layer yet, just wait for a little time and you should see it soon.
