Google Chrome v75.0.3770.142 releases: fix high-risk security vulnerability

Google Chrome Google Chrome stable version welcomed the v75 fourth maintenance release, the detailed version number is Google Chrome v75.0.3770.142, the last official version v75.0.3770.100 was released on June 19. This update is mainly to update security fixes and stability improvements and user experience.
