Google Chrome 76.0.3809.132 releases: fix high-risk vulnerability

Google Chrome stable version welcomes in the third version of v76 release, the detailed version number is v76.0.3809.132. This upgrade is mainly to update the security fix and stability improvements and user experience. The official version of Google Chrome v76 hides the http/https and www prefix tags in the browser address bar. By default, Adobe Flash is blocked on all websites.
