GEIL releases DDR5-8000 memory kit

GEIL announced that it has launched a DDR5-8000 memory package. This ultra-high-speed memory module will be available in the first quarter of 2023. GEIL’s EVO V DDR5 series and Polaris RGB DDR5 series will both provide DDR5-8000 packages, which are tailor-made for hardcore gamers and hardware enthusiasts and can provide unparalleled performance and stability.

GEIL said it is committed to providing memory products with wider overclocking potential for PC enthusiasts and gamers. This time the latest DDR5-8000 memory module adopts advanced PMIC (power management IC), which can effectively acquire and control a wider range of local voltage adjustments, enhance the overall stability and performance of the memory module, and effectively release additional overclocking margin.

In addition, GEIL has created a comprehensive and efficient automated testing process through Dyna 5 for grading and classifying each DDR5 IC. Therefore, these DDR5 series ensure bandwidth data transmission, compatibility, reliability, and integrity to meet all the needs of gamers and overclockers using Intel’s latest platforms.

The working voltage of the GEIL DDR5-8000 memory kit is 1.45V, and the timing is CL38-48-48-90. It has passed the test based on the ASUS ROG MAXIMUS Z790 APEX motherboard and provided screenshots of the test results.

The Polaris RGB DDR5 series memory has three different colors, black, white, and red, and the top is equipped with an RGB light strip. EVO V DDR5 series memory provides two colors of black and white and also supports RGB lighting effects. In addition to 8000MHz, the current Polaris RGB DDR5 series and EVO V DDR5 series memory also provide products with various specifications ranging from 4800MHz to 6800MHz.
