CyberpowerPC showcases Kinetic series case that has 18 motorized vents

Sometimes chassis manufacturers will have some special ideas or concepts, and then apply them to their own products, such as last year’s InWin 309 Gaming Edition, or AIR FORCE and EXPLORER chassis. However, CyberpowerPC recently demonstrated a Kinetic series chassis, which is quite “smart” in terms of heat dissipation.

According to a report by TomsHardware, this case has 18 triangular motorized vents in the front position, which can be opened and closed according to the internal temperature to adjust the airflow of the case. CyberpowerPC said that the 18 triangular motorized vents are responsible for the corresponding controller, which is placed at the bottom of the case. If the temperature is low, close the vent to prevent dust from entering, and open the vent when the temperature in the case rises to get more airflow. Of course, this movable vent is not always closed or open. It will perceive the ambient temperature and make fine adjustments according to the “temperature change per degree”, and the user can also set the temperature range of its adjustment.

CyberpowerPC said that it is still doing various adjustments to the product, and it is in the trial stage, but the final product will not be different in the way of operation. Perhaps many people are still concerned about the noise of the motor, which can’t be confirmed for the time being. According to CyberpowerPC, the front panel design of the chassis is inspired by dynamic architecture and changes to suit specific goals.

The Kinetic series mid-tower case will be available in white and black models, supporting ATX motherboards, and 360-size integrated water-cooled radiators, providing up to seven 120mm or five 140mm cooling fan positions. It is understood that the retail price of this chassis maybe $249, and it will be available in the third quarter of this year.
