Chrome browser will have better web page synchronization features
Google Chrome is improving the “Send Tabs to Self” feature to better help users quickly send pages or links to other devices. Through the “send tabs to self” function, users can send the page they are currently browsing to other devices that have logged in. However, this feature relies on system notifications. If for some reason, Chrome notifications are disabled on the user’s device, this feature will become invalid.
Therefore, Google hopes to bypass this restriction by replacing system notifications with a new user interface that will appear next to the profile icon on the toolbar. According to the description on Chromium Gerrit, developers will add STTS 2.0 (Send Tab to Self 2) logo on all platforms. This feature will be applied first on the desktop and then implemented on Android.
