Biostar launches B660T-Silver motherboard

Biostar announced the launch of the new B660T-Silver motherboard. This is a new member of Biostar’s Alder Lake platform product line, using the Mini-ITX form factor. This is not Biostar’s first Mini-ITX B660 motherboard. Earlier this year, it launched a motherboard called B660GTN, which is positioned higher than the B660T-Silver.


The B660T-Silver motherboard follows the silver and black color scheme, supports Intel’s 12th generation Core desktop processor, uses a 9-phase digital PWM power supply, and is equipped with two DDR4 memory slots, and can support 5000+MHz (OC) frequency, the maximum capacity is 64GB. It is equipped with a PCIe 5.0 x16 slot and two PCIe 4.0 x4 M.2 2280 slots (one of which is SATA compatible), as well as four SATA III interfaces.

The B660T-Silver motherboard is equipped with four USB 3.2 Gen2 ports, two USB 3.2 Gen1 ports (via internal headers), four USB 2.0 ports (two rear I/O, two via internal headers), one HDMI port, one DP interface, a PS/2 interface, and a 2.5Gbps network card interface. It is equipped with an M.2 slot that supports Wi-Fi and Bluetooth modules, and the sound card is Realtek’s ALC1220.

In addition, the B660T-Silver motherboard also supports Vivid LED DJ colorful lighting control, users can create personalized lighting effects according to their own preferences. In terms of overall specifications, the basic configuration of the B660T-Silver is close to that of the B660GTN, which can meet the needs of most users.

The time to market and pricing of the B660T-Silver is not yet clear.
