Asus Releases ZenScreen OLED MQ16AH Portable Monitor
ASUS has announced the ZenScreen OLED MQ16AH, a 15.6-inch portable monitor that Techpowerup says will replace the ZenScreen MB14AC coming in 2020. At the CES 2022 exhibition earlier this year, ASUS showed this OLED portable display.
The ZenScreen OLED MQ16AH has overall dimensions of 358.7 mm x 226.15 mm x 8.95 mm (WxHxD) and weighs 650g. It uses a 15.6-inch OLED screen with a resolution of 1920 x 1080 and a refresh rate of 60Hz. The contrast ratio is 100000:1, the brightness is 360 cd/m², the peak value can reach 400 cd/m², the response time is 1ms (GTG), the color depth is 10bit, the DCI-P3 color gamut is 100%, the Delta E is less than 2, and HDR10 is supported.
ASUS has provided three input ports for the ZenScreen OLED MQ16AH, including a mini HDMI input and two USB-C inputs. If the user is using the mini HDMI input, an additional power supply must be plugged in. If you use a PD 20W compliant USB-C cable, you can achieve a single cable for power and video input.
Asus has released several portable monitors over the past few years, like the PA148CTV. This is a portable monitor for entry-level or mainstream creators, featuring a 14-inch FHD display with a 100% sRGB color gamut.
ASUS has not disclosed the price of ZenScreen OLED MQ16AH and the time to market.
