ASUS Releases TUF Gaming VG30VQL1A Curved Gaming Monitor

Asus released a monitor called TUF Gaming VG28UQL1A last month. This is the first monitor in the TUF series with a 4K high-display and HDMI 2.1 interface. In the past, these specifications only appeared in the ROG series, showing ASUS’ expansion of the TUF series of monitor product lines.

Today, Asus launched another new-generation game-oriented monitor, named TUF Gaming VG30VQL1A, and continues to update the TUF series of monitor product lines. The difference is that this is an ultra-wide curved gaming monitor.

TUF Gaming VG30VQL1A uses a 21:9 VA panel, a curvature of 1500R, a resolution of 2560×1080 and an MPRT response time of 1ms, a refresh rate of 200 Hz, and a maximum brightness of 300 cd/m², the static contrast ratio is 3000:1, the sRGB color gamut is 127%, and it supports ELMB, AMD FreeSync Premium, and HDR10+.

In terms of output and input, the monitor provides a DisplayPort 1.2a port, two HDMI 2.0 ports, two USB 3.0, a headphone jack, and two 2W stereo speakers. The bracket is equipped with a tilt of -5 to 20°, a rotation of -25 to 25°, and a height adjustment of 0 to 130 mm. It supports 100 x 100mm VESA wall mounting, which improves the usability of the monitor.
The overall size of the TUF Gaming VG30VQL1A monitor (W x H x D) is 703 x 241 x 516mm, the net weight is 7kg, and the weight is 4.8kg without a bracket. Asus has not yet announced the price of this monitor and the specific time to market.
