ASUS Announces TUF Gaming and Prime Series AMD A620 Motherboards, Starting at €139
AMD has unveiled the A620 chipset, and ASUS has consequently introduced its TUF Gaming and Prime A620 motherboards, positioned beneath the B650 while offering consumers an additional motherboard option.
According to Videocardz, ASUS recently announced the launch of new AMD A620 motherboards designed for AMD Ryzen 7000 series desktop processors, encompassing three new models, including two TUF Gaming and one Prime variant. These motherboards are specifically crafted for contemporary computers, boasting an exceptional price-performance ratio.
The TUF Gaming A620 motherboards are available in two versions: TUF Gaming A620M-Plus and TUF Gaming A620M-Plus WiFi. As the names suggest, the primary distinction between the two lies in the presence or absence of WiFi functionality. Both TUF Gaming A620 motherboards adopt Micro-ATX dimensions, support DDR5, feature two PCIe 4.0 M.2 slots, an onboard USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C interface, and a 2.5 Gbps Ethernet port, with the TUF Gaming A620M-Plus WiFi offering WiFi 6 support.
TUF Gaming motherboards lean towards performance, catering to gamers prioritizing performance, while the Prime A620 motherboard is well-suited for budget-conscious PC users favoring a subdued style. The ASUS Prime A620M-A motherboard also employs a Micro-ATX form factor, PCIe 4.0 M.2 slot, DDR5 memory support, and a USB 3.2 Gen 1 Type-C onboard interface. Additionally, it supports the BIOS FlashBack feature, facilitating quick BIOS firmware updates via a USB flash drive.
