ASRock Z790 motherboard lineup exposed

With the release of Intel’s 13th-generation Core series processors approaching, major motherboard manufacturers are busy preparing new products. Intel will be the first to launch the Z790 on the next-generation Raptor Lake platform, a chipset aimed at high-end consumer users.

Recently, Twitter user @harukaze5719 exposed ASRock’s upcoming Z790 motherboard lineup, which has more models than the X670 series motherboards on the AMD AM5 platform.

These motherboards include Z790 Taichi, Z790 Taichi Carrara, Z790 PG Riptide, Z790 PG SONIC, Z790 PG Lightning, Z790 PG Lightning/D4, Z790M PG Lightning/D4, Z790 PG-ITX/TB4, Z790 Steel Legend WiFi, Z790 Pro RS, Z790 Pro RS /D4, Z790 LiveMixer, and Z790M-ITX/AX, among which PG SONIC and LiveMixer should be new extended models.

In addition, one of ASRock’s B760 motherboards, the B760M Pro RS/D4, was also exposed. In addition, AMD’s AM5 platform also has some models that have not appeared before, such as the X670E Taichi Razer Edition and the B650E Taichi, which is obviously a new generation of ASRock and Razer motherboards.

It is said that there will be three 700 series chipsets, namely Z790, H770, and B760, while the low-end/entry-level market corresponding to H610 has not been updated.
