ASRock entered the gaming monitor market with the Phantom Gaming series product line
ASRock announced that it will officially enter the gaming monitor with the Phantom Gaming series product line to provide gamers with a complete gaming solution. ASRock is the first to bring two gaming monitors, the PG34WQ15R2B, and PG27FF1A, designed for FPS, RCG, and other fast-paced games.
ASRock says that both the PG34WQ15R2B and PG27FF1A have a 165Hz refresh rate and 1ms response time (MPRT). It also supports HDR, flicker-free, FreeSync Premium, and other technologies, and is equipped with one DisplayPort interface and two HDMI 2.0 interfaces. These gaming monitors are equipped with ergonomically designed stands that provide tilt, height, and swivel adjustments, giving gamers easier and more flexibility to find the right position for them to immerse themselves in the game.
It is worth mentioning that the PG34WQ15R2B is the world’s first gaming monitor with a built-in Wi-Fi antenna, which can be connected to a PC to improve the Wi-Fi signal, provides up to 7 Dbi peak gain, and helps players reduce network latency during gaming.
The PG34WQ15R2B uses a 34-inch VA panel with a resolution of 3440 x 1440, a curvature of 1500R, a peak brightness of 550 nits, and a contrast ratio of 3000:1. The sRGB color gamut is 115%, the DCI-P3 color gamut is 91%, it is VESA DisplayHDR 400 certified, and it also comes with two 2W speakers. The refresh rate supported by the DisplayPort interface is 48-165Hz, and the refresh rate supported by the HDMI interface is 48-100Hz.
The PG27FF1A uses a 27-inch IPS panel with a resolution of 1920 x 1080, a peak brightness of 250 nits, a contrast ratio of 1100:1, and a 123% sRGB color gamut. The DCI-P3 color gamut is 94%, supports HDR10, also has two 2W speakers, and the refresh rate of the DisplayPort interface and HDMI interface is both 48-165Hz.
