Apache Commons Compress 1.16.1 releases

Apache Commons Compress 1.16.1 releases.

The Apache Commons Compress Library defines an API for working with compression and archive formats. These include bzip2, gzip, pack200, lzma, xz, Snappy, traditional Unix Compress, DEFLATE, LZ4, Brotli and ar, cpio, jar, tar, zip, dump, 7z, arj.

Compress 1.16 contains bug fixes and small improvements for the tar and zip formats. In addition, the jar’s manifest file now contains an Automatic-Module-Name entry that ensures the name will be org.apache.commons.compress when the jar is used as an automatic module in Java9.

TarArchiveOutputStream now ensures record size is 512 and block size is a multiple of 512 as any other value would create invalid tar archives. This may break compatibility with code that deliberately wanted to create such files.

Fixed Bug:
o Fixed the OSGi manifest entry for imports that has been broken
in 1.16.
Issue: COMPRESS-442.
