AOC Introduces AGON PRO AG274QZM Monitor

At present, in the game monitor market, 27-inch and 2K resolution high refresh rate products have received the most attention from players, and will also be the mainstream specifications for a period of time in the future. Major display manufacturers have also set their sights on this area, hoping to launch various differentiated products in order to compete for more market share. According to TechPowerup, AOC has launched a monitor called AGON PRO AG274QZM, which is aimed at professional sports players and e-sports enthusiasts and is also suitable for gamers.

As a new member of AOC’s AGON PRO series, AGON PRO AG274QZM has many elements that can arouse players’ interest. It is equipped with a 27-inch Mini LED IPS panel with 576 backlight partitions, QHD resolution (2560×1440), refresh rate up to 240Hz, 1ms GtG response time, and a peak brightness of 1200 nits. Certified with VESA DisplayHDR 1000, this monitor is compatible with Nvidia G-SYNC and has Light FX RGB lights on the back.
AOC said that AGON PRO AG274QZM can provide a rich, vivid and immersive gaming experience. With the included monitor shield, it is also possible to overcome the effects of usage environments such as bright ambient light or reflections from stage/fill lights to further enhance the visuals.

AGON PRO AG274QZM provides a USB-C connection with a power of 65W, which is convenient for users to power their laptops. It is equipped with four USB 3.2 ports, allowing the monitor to act as a hub to connect peripherals such as USB drives, printers, mice, and keyboards. With the built-in KVM, users can switch between two input sources and use a set of mouse and a keyboard simultaneously. The included disc QuickSwitch controller makes OSD setup easy and can be controlled via joystick or G-Menu software.

It is understood that the AGON PRO AG274QZM will be available in June 2022, priced at £999.99.
