Analysts say Apple iPhone 12 will have 6GB of RAM

The latest forecast information from UBS analysts said that the Apple iPhone 12 series is expected to reach 6GB of RAM. The report indicates that the iPhone series released by Apple in 2020 will be equipped with four models with different screen specifications, one is 5.4 inches, one is 6.7 inches, and two are 6.1 inches. The 6.7-inch and one of the 6.1-inch models will be equipped with 6GB of RAM, and both will include a three-lens rear camera combination that supports 3D perception.

Analysts expect the configuration of four iPhones that Apple will launch in 2020:

  • 6.7-inch iPhone: triple-lens rear camera with 3D sensing and 6GB of RAM
  • 6.1-inch iPhone: triple-lens rear camera with 3D sensing and 6GB of RAM
  • 6.1-inch iPhone: dual-lens rear camera and 4GB of RAM
  • 5.4-inch iPhone: dual-lens rear camera and 4GB of RAM

In addition, 5G is expected to become a major feature of high-end iPhones in 2020. UBS surveyed more than 9,000 consumers in the United States, Germany, Japan, China, and the United Kingdom, and found that 22% of respondents believe that support for 5G is worth upgrading smartphone projects.
