AMD releases FidelityFX Super Resolution plug-in for Unreal Engine 4
In July of this year, AMD fulfilled its commitment to open source when FidelityFX Super Resolution (FSR) technology went live, put its source code, development documents, and examples on the AMD GPUOpen website, and stated that it would provide patches for Unreal Engine 4. AMD said that the FidelityFX Super Resolution plug-in already has a contrast adaptive sharpening channel, which means that developers must ensure that the existing CAS integration is disabled in advance. In addition, you can use the FidelityFX Super Resolution plug-in with TAAU through a hybrid upgrade mode.
